TrexHub is a Nigeria–China cross-border advisory and business services agency. Our services include guidance on studying in China, trade and supplier sourcing, travel support to China, and business connection services between Africa and China. We act as advisors and facilitators. not as universities, visa authorities, suppliers, or travel agencies ourselves.

Education: We provide guidance, information, and application support for Nigerian and African students seeking to study in China. We do not guarantee admission to any university. Final admission decisions rest entirely with the institution.

Trade & Sourcing: We help connect clients with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers. We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or reliability of any third-party supplier. Due diligence remains the responsibility of the client.

Travel: We provide travel planning assistance and general visa guidance. We do not issue visas or guarantee visa approvals. those decisions are made by the relevant embassy or consulate.

Business Connections: We facilitate introductions and connections between African and Chinese parties. We are not liable for the outcome of any business relationship formed through our introductions.

While we work hard to provide accurate, helpful, and up-to-date information, TrexHub does not guarantee any specific outcome from using our services. including but not limited to university admission, visa approval, business deal success, or supplier performance. Outcomes depend on third parties and factors outside our control.

Some TrexHub services may involve fees. Any fees will be communicated clearly before you commit to a service. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing clients.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.

You are responsible for verifying any information we provide before making decisions based on it.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for your own compliance with immigration, trade, and business laws in your country and in China.

All content on the TrexHub website. including text, design, logos, and graphics. is the property of TrexHub and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrexHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including losses arising from reliance on information we provide, third-party actions, or service interruptions.

Our services may involve or reference third parties such as universities, visa agencies, suppliers, or travel providers. TrexHub is not responsible for the conduct, quality, or reliability of any third party. Any agreements you enter into with third parties are solely between you and them.

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to appropriate legal processes.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
