1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TrexHub website at trexhub.ng or engaging our digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2. Our Services

TrexHub provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Facebook and Instagram Ads Management
• Google Ads and PPC Campaign Management
• Social Media Marketing and Management
• Email and WhatsApp Marketing
• Growth Marketing and Lead Generation
• Content Creation and Strategy

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal provided to the client prior to commencement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable TrexHub to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their business, products, and services
• Grant necessary access to advertising accounts, social media profiles, websites, and analytics platforms as required
• Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, and information in a timely manner
• Ensure all content, materials, and information provided to TrexHub does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform advertising policies

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the individual Service Agreement. Generally:

• Retainer fees are due at the beginning of each billing period
• Project-based fees may require a deposit before work commences
• Ad spend budgets are separate from TrexHub's management fees and are the client's responsibility
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement

5. Results and Performance

TrexHub applies industry best practices and data-driven strategies to deliver the best possible results. However:

• We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, lead volumes, or revenue figures
• Digital marketing results are influenced by factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, competition, and client-side factors
• Past results achieved for other clients do not guarantee similar outcomes

We commit to transparency, regular reporting, and continuous optimisation to maximise your return on investment.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees:

• Ad creatives, copy, and content produced specifically for the client become the client's property
• TrexHub retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, templates, tools, and processes
• TrexHub may use anonymised campaign results and general project descriptions in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. TrexHub will not disclose client business information, strategies, or data to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or to deliver the agreed services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the Service Agreement (typically 30 days). Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• TrexHub will provide a handover of all client-owned assets, accounts, and materials
• Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrexHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services or these terms.

Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to TrexHub in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without written permission

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
