This Agreement and all matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
While TrexHub operates globally and serves international customers, all legal matters shall be governed by Nigerian law. Users from other jurisdictions acknowledge and agree to this choice of law.

We encourage users to first attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication with our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved amicably through dialogue.
If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be submitted to mediation under the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre rules.
For disputes exceeding ₦500,000 in value, parties may agree to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act of Nigeria 2023.
As a last resort, unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Federal High Court of Nigeria or State High Court with appropriate jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under Nigerian law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be replaced with valid provisions that most closely reflect the original intent.
